Signing in
1. Enter email and password
Use the credentials issued by your organisation. If your account is disabled, contact your administrator.
2. Enter the verification code
Auraso sends a 6-digit code to your email. Codes expire after 10 minutes. In local demo environments, the code may appear on screen for designated demo accounts.
3. Platform vs tenant access
Platform super administrators are routed to the platform console. Tenant users land on the organisation dashboard (or a password change screen if required).
